We are dedicated to providing unique varieties of high quality English and Continental cheese. Our focus is on sourcing handmade cheeses from dairies that place an equal emphasis on quality, and therefore have a limited production. Each farm carefully manage their herds and maintains traditional production methods. We have developed maturing facilities to ensure the cheese continues to receive the care and attention they deserve before reaching the customer.

We are pleased to help our customers with all aspects of selling their cheese; we can advise on product choice, display, cutting, and storage of the product to maximise its quality and your customers' enjoyment of it. We also can suggest or supply the right wines to complement your cheeses. We are proud to work with a number of dairies that put quality before anything else and create a unique product as a result.
